Imperial Cutelaria takes the timeless Chinese cleaver to a new level with their amazing finish. Hand-crafted in Campo Grande Brazil by an amazingly careful and attentive crew, these knives are a joy to cook with for any cuisine.
Chinese cleavers are the "do-all" knife of Chinese cooking. They are much thinner and lighter than heavy meat cleavers, and as such aren't for breaking heavy bones (ok for poultry and chicken.) Use them for slicing, dicing, prepping, light-meat cutting, and so much more. The biggest advantage is using them for moving products from the prep area to the pan! Simply slice or dice, then slide up all your prepped product on the blade and slide it into your skillet!
