BBQ Allstars Return Policy
Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 30 days. Returned items with a gift receipt will be refunded with store credit. Items with original receipt will be refunded to original form of payment. Any returned items must be in new condition. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments. For damaged items due to shipping, please contact us, take pictures, and we will aid in filing a claim with the shipper. If you have any questions, please call before bringing items back.
Ineligible Items- we cannot accept returns on any perishable items, this would include packaged rubs, sauces, etc. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Some of our vendors require returns to them, please see instructions for each brand or call us for information. For online sales returns, shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed as part of the refund. Any customized items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns.
For warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer.
Shipping Policy
We ship Monday through Friday on most items. Perishable items, such as BBQ and Competition Meats ship Monday through Wednesday. For any item, the cut off time for same-day shipping is 10 am CST. Perishable items ONLY ship via 2 day or one day delivery, and are packed with dry ice. Handling instructions are included in each package.
Orders received after cut off will be shipped on the next available date. Due to supply chain issues, same-day or next-day shipping is not guaranteed.
For Competition Meats, an average charge for the size of the items will be in your checkout. The actual meats that are shipped to you will be weighed and the actual price based on the weight of the item(s) will be charged or credited to your method of payment. An email will be sent with that information.
For Grills, Smokers, and other large freight items, we will contact you with a shipping price. Or, before ordering, you can contact us via email with the delivery address and item you wish to order and we will let you know the freight charges.
