Savory Louisiana-style rice with onion, celery, bell pepper, and Cajun spices. Add 8 oz ground meat and water for an easy one-pan meal. Brown 8 oz ground meat in a pot, then melt 2 Tbsp oil or butter over medium heat. Add all contents of the kit (rice + seasoning). Stir 20–30 seconds. Add 2 ¼ cups water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and simmer 18–20 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes, covered. Fluff with a fork and serve.
