Reheating Instructions (From Frozen Quart)
Stovetop (Preferred):

Remove lid and transfer frozen sauce to a saucepan. 
- 
Add 2–3 tablespoons of water or broth to prevent sticking. 
- 
Cover and heat on medium-low, stirring occasionally, until fully thawed and gently simmering (15–20 minutes). 
- 
Sauce should reach an internal temperature of 165°F before serving. 
Microwave (Quick Option):
- 
Remove lid and vent container, or transfer sauce to a microwave-safe bowl. 
- 
Heat on 50% power for 8–10 minutes, stirring every 2–3 minutes. 
- 
Once thawed, heat on full power in 1–2 minute intervals until hot (165°F). 
Overnight Thaw Option:
-
