You must try our Peppered Pork Tenderloin!  We take Prairie Fresh USA Prime Pork tenderloins and slow cure them with maple sugar cure, coarse-ground black pepper, and Melissa's Classic Rub.  Then, we slowly smoke them over hardwoods to get a fantastic flavor.  

These are perfect for any gathering or just as a snack.  Serve them as part of a charcuterie board, or just with cheese and crackers.  Makes a dang fine filling for a biscuit.  Make delicious sliders.  You'll really love keeping these around.

For best results, thaw overnight in the fridge.  Slice in thin slices and enjoy.  If reheating, heat to above 165 degrees.

Tenderloins are shipped frozen with dry ice. To ensure safety, they must be shipped via 2-day air. They are fully cooked and may be eaten cold.
