Fully cooked, this turkey is just fabulous. Other words fail. We take Melissa's New Poultry Brine and Injection, mix it with her Cajun Garlic Sauce and inject it into a 10-14 lb Turkey. Then a light coat of her Grillin' Shake with a heavier coat of All Qu'ed Up's Bayou Bandit rub. Then smoked over pecan wood, frozen, and sealed.
