Melissa's BBQ meats are lovingly smoked for hours and then vacuum-packaged for maximum flavor and freshness.
All meats are easy to reheat- you can heat them in the bag in a pot with simmering water or remove from t and place in the oven or the microwave.
All portions are 1 pound except for the sliced brisket in 2-pound packs.
Serving Ideas
Serve Burnt Ends as an entree, a delicious topping for a loaded baker, or a nice plate of Burnt End Mac and Cheese. Each pound of Smoked Chicken, Pulled Pork, or Chopped Brisket is enough for 4-6 delicious sandwiches. Sliced brisket works best as an entree, but any leftovers are excellent in a quick hash, with pasta and a simple sauce, or even a quick substitution for regular beef in a stroganoff!
