Makes a 8" loaf of Melissa's Famous Cornbread just like she serves at Memphis BBQ Company!
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Pour mix into a small bowl and add 2/3 cup water and
stir. Let batter rest for 3-4 minutes before baking. Grease a muffin pan to make 6
muffins. Fill 2/3 full, then bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
May use a greased, preheated 6” cast iron skillet. Cook for 20 to 24 minutes.
