Brisket is slow smoked over pecan wood for over 12 hours, then trimmed and sliced. We package the slices with just a bit of our tasty brisket jus. To reheat, bring a large pot of water to a boil, reduce to a simmer, then drop the pack in for 20-25 minutes.
Or you can reheat in the oven, smoker, or even the microwave (not really recommended, but will do in a pinch.)
