This rub started from Meat Church's popular Honey Hog BBQ rub. They experimented and had several top chefs cook with different levels of pecan flavoring, and have finally perfected it.
This sweet rub is excellent on pork, poultry and fish!. You can apply it to anything you like and the color is amazing.
