Using the Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Pepper and his own blend of spices, the Captain has captured and bottled the very essence of fire. Not a sauce for the faint of heart, only the very bravest can enter the heart of the fire, the Corazon del Fuego. An excellent all-around hot sauce perfect to give that extra kick to any dish. Use sparingly on meat or vegetables to bring a little “fire” to your table.
