This class will go over: smoked jambalaya, how to make a roux three ways, creole vs. cajun, seafood gumbo, crawfish etoufee, and more!
Class will start at 10 am - please arrive a couple minutes early to fill out paperwork and get checked in. Drinks and snacks provided.
