Man Meat BBQ Poultry Primer was inspired by the comforting flavors found in Man Meat BBQ's hit seasoning Homestyle rub. This brine will also work as an injection and takes chicken and turkey to an entirely new level of flavor. Easy to mix with water, broth or stock for an enhanced chicken flavor. Not just for poultry, this injection is excellent for pork as well. Make it personal and add fruit juice of your choice and experience new levels of flavors and moisture.
Ingredients: Sea salt, brown sugar, dehydrated garlic, spices, dehydrated onion, natural butter flavor, oyster powder (maltodextrin, oyster extract powder [maltodextrin, oyster extract], salt).
Contains: Milk
Instructions:
Brine: Mix 1 level cup of Poultry Primer with each 1/2 Gallon (64oz.) of Liquid (water, broth or stock). Adjust to personal taste as needed.
Injection: For each 1 pound of meat, mix 1/4c. Poultry Primer with 16 fl oz. of liquid (water, broth or stock). Adjust to personal taste as needed.
Tip: Inject 1 fl oz. of injection solution for each 1 pound of meat. Allow to rest, refrigerated, a minimum of four hours.
