Low and slow, hot and fast, beef, pork, chicken, lamb, goat, wild game, and even as a stir fry mixture.
Our quick dissolving formula is easy mixing. For mixing use 1/2 cup of injection with 16oz of liquid. For marinating mix up 3/4 cup injection to 16oz water and let soak for 1 to 4 hours.
