BBQ Ribs and Pork Cooking Class Jan 14, 2023

Held from 10 am until 4 pm, Melissa and Pete Cookston will go over how to cook BBQ Ribs and pork!  There will be hands on instruction, and we'll cook babyback ribs, pork butts for pulled pork, and breaking down pork loins into roasts and pork chops and cooking them.
